Class and Cancellation Policies We suggest that you dress in comfortable, casual clothing and flat, closed-toe, comfortable shoes. You may not wear open-toed shoes or sandals. Classes are hands-on unless otherwise indicated. Instructors reserve the right to alter menus due to seasonal availability of ingredients. Space is limited. If a class is full, your name may be placed on a waiting list. We will make every effort to add extra classes due to demand whenever possible. Payments must accompany each reservation. To register for any class, advance payment in full is required. For those registering with a Gift Certificate, the certificate must be mailed in with the registration form. Two weeks withdrawal notice is required for a refund; a transaction fee of $ 25.00 will be deducted from the refund for each reservation that is canceled. No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 4 days before the class. Gift Certificates are not refundable. Classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will contact you by phone. You will have the option of either transferring your payment to another class (if available) or receiving a refund.

Alcoholic beverages may be made available for consumption in certain classes. Class participants may be asked to present identification to prove that they are of legal drinking age. Pregnant women, people who will be driving and people on certain medications should not consume alcohol.
